Sunnyside Area Development
Heart of Houston CDC is a proud recipient of a $1,345,765 grant and contract with the City of Houston which was used to build three duplexes (6 units of housing) on three lots of land. The new development was built in the Sunnyside area which is currently serving low- to moderate income families/individuals. This project was completed in September of 2023.
